Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected by us when you enter and use the HR – AI Assistant Service Platform (SaaS) (the “Services”) owned and operated by Shaked Talman or an entity on his behalf (hereinafter referred to as “Set,” “We” or “Our”), why we collect the information we do and how we use it.
In general, we receive certain information about you from monday.com ltd. (“monday.com”), (“Your Data”) and the data you upload to the Services. We only receive from monday.com data that is required and relevant in order for us to provide you with the Services. We only use Your Data and Uploaded Data ( as defined below, collectively with Your Data, the “Data”)for the specific purpose for which it is provided to us and we process it in a transparent manner. Except as set forth below, we do not pass Data onto any third parties without your prior consent and we take every reasonable step to ensure that your rights are met – for more information on your rights you can go directly here.
Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall be as set forth in the Terms of Use.

What information we collect
When registering, for identification and authentication of your account we receive from monday.com
Account Name
Identity Number (as provided by monday.com)
When you correspond with us, to reach you back we collect your name and e-mail address.
In addition, when you use the Services, we may automatically collect and store certain information about your interaction in server logs that when they include any personal information, we may maintain for up to ten days. This may include details of how you are using our Services; Internet protocol address; device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, standard HTTP request headers, including but not limited to user agent, referral URL, language preference, date and time, and cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account. The foregoing will also be deemed “Your Data” and “Data”
Why do we need the information that we have requested and what we do with it ?
Your e-mail is used first and foremost for authentication purposes. We use Your Data in order to recognize you and create a unique identifier for you to enable you to use the properties of the site and amongst others as a registered user you may upload Customer Data ) so that we can provide you with the Services (“Uploaded Data”).
The information we collect helps in understanding and improving how you use the Services including carrying out analytics; in protecting and securing the Services; forwarding payments for processing; complying with applicable laws and regulations; and other business-related purposes, managing records, and conducting legal, regulatory and internal investigations.
We may use your email address without further consent for marketing, non-marketing or administrative purposes. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive.
In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale we may disclose Your Data to the prospective seller or buyer.
How long we keep it – our Data Retention Policy
We retain Your Data for as long as you are using the platform and up to ten days, unless otherwise specified.
Uploaded Data and the associated reports provided are not saved by us and deleted shortly after use, and in any event by no more than 120 minutes after use, in order to provide the Services. Please note that Uploaded Data and the reports we provide you with remain on the monday.com.com platform, until deleted by you, subject to monday.com’s privacy policy.
Third Party App
You acknowledge that you are aware that in order to provide you with the Services, we are required to provide the Data to the third party service providers (detailed below) and the Data provided to them is subject to their privacy undertakings .

“Customer Data” means as set forth in Section 3 of the monday.com Terms of Service. You agree that your undertakings pursuant to Section 3.2 – 3.3 of your agreement with monday.com are hereby undertaken towards Set and are incorporated herein by reference mutatis mutandis. You further undertake that all Uploaded Data is subject to the representations you give in Section 3 of the monday.com Terms of Service mutatis mutandis and if you cannot meet the undertakings pursuant to Sections 3.2 -3.3 of the monday.com Terms of Service with regard to any such data, please do not upload it.
Our Services are hosted on Google Cloud Service. If you prefer to use the services without uploading information to Google Cloud Services please contact us at: office@setit.tech and we will provide you with an offer for an on-prem service that meets your specifications.
Security
The Data is processed on Google Cloud Services
Except for our employees and service providers, who are under an explicit obligation to maintain confidentiality, we may share your information with any competent law enforcement authority, if required to do by a judicial order or any other legal directive.
In an attempt to reduce the personal data uploaded we are in the process of implementing a proprietary security layer that attempts to systematically eliminate certain data from the uploaded files before they are forwarded to ChatGPT. Our system is often successful in removing certain defined personal information from Uploaded Data, but it is still in the development stage and we specifically disclaim any warranty that all personal information is removed.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while Company uses reasonable efforts to protect your personal data, Company cannot guarantee its absolute security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
We use professional security services in order to safeguard the collected information. Such services include periodical checks and backups. Nevertheless, we are not responsible for any security faults that may be caused and are beyond our control.
Changes
Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on our web site. If we make substantial changes to this Personal Data Protection Policy, we will inform you by email or by placing a notification window on our website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any legal action or proceedings related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
